Although we think it's always a good idea to shop around, we have listed a few that we frequently recommend to our customers.

MORTGAGES/LENDERS

Often times, Mortgage companies and Brokers will specialize in specific types of loans. We have found that while one company might be able to offer the best deal on a low down payment loan, the same company may not necessarily be able to offer the best rates or options for the buyer who is able to provide a bigger down payment, or who might be looking for a bridge loan.

It's generally a good idea to talk to at least two or three lenders to find out what options are available, and to find out which one best suits your particular needs.
