Our Condominium Homes are constructed and handcrafted on site with the highest quality materials and workmanship, and with the strict attention to design and detail that has become the hallmark of the builder, Tuscan Residential Group. Each condominium is also a custom, ‘stick built’ home, not a prefab or modular unit. In addition, we build with some of the finest name brand products in the industry.

All home appliances are General Electric™ products, and white self-cleaning ranges, dishwashers, and over the range microwaves are in included in the price of your home. We also offer GE™ refrigerators, washers and dryers. Appliance packages are available in several colors including bisque, black, stainless or white.

Kitchen cabinetry is solid wood made by Aristo Kraft™ available in a selection of several wood grains, stains and colors

The countertops are laminate by Formica™ in a wide range of patterns, textures and colors. Granite and Corian countertops are also available by request.

As part of our standard features we include Daltile™ ceramic flooring in foyers, kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms. Ceramic tile not only provides a rich look, it’s also long lasting and easy to maintain.

Our carpeting is Shaw Mark from Shaw Industries in either 26-ounce standard or several upgrade options. The carpets are warranted 5 to 10 years respectfully, for stain resistance and are FHA approved. All carpet selections come in a variety of colors to customize to your color schemes.

We build for energy efficiency and comfort. Our homes are built with a gas forced air heating and air conditioning system that provides 35,000 BTUs of output per hour. In addition, a 40-gallon gas fired water heater, double paned vinyl windows; R-44 ceiling and R-13 wall insulation with R-11 soundproofed common walls provide maximum efficiency, privacy and comfort.

We offer a very large variety of finishes and upgrade options including hardwood flooring, designer lighting packages, maple, birch and hickory cabinetry, and many more selections that let you customize your new home just how you want it! Many condominium homes are also available with fireplaces, built-in bookcases, crown moulding, built-in T.V. cabinets, whirlpool tubs, first floor Master Suites, finished and unfinished basements, two car garages, and much more!
